One of the best gyms I’ve ever trained at! This gym ticks every box. The equipment selection is second to none — everything from free weights to machines is available, and all in great condition. Even when it's busy, there’s always something free to use thanks to the multiple training zones. No waiting around like in other gyms. The class studios are top-notch, especially the Reformer Pilates room — super clean and well-equipped. The recovery area is a massive bonus too, with two saunas and three ice baths that help me bounce back faster after tough sessions. Staff are always welcoming and helpful, the bathrooms are modern and spotless, and there’s plenty of parking. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend! ~ Todd S
After being at my previous gym for about 10 years, I felt like I needed a change and FC was my choice after testing the waters on a few other gyms. I've been there about 6 months now and there's no going back. There's everything you could ask for when it comes to a well equipped gym. From a big variety of cable and plate loaded machines, a quarter of the main floor dedicated to leg machines, multiple squat racks and smith machines, a whole lot of dumbbells, an entire level of the gym dedicated to cardio and stretching as well as 5 stair masters for all the cardio queens out there. The receiption staff there are always welcoming with a smile, especially Kieran where not only does he know how to crack a laugh but also makes the best protein shakes, always a double pump for the bro. Nice gym to get into a healthy lifestyles all staff are super friendly, all equipments always cleaned up and looked after . Great vibe and atmosphere with design choice and music . Super clean and easy to use facilities . Loads of options from baby cartel to recover rooms and group classes. Awesome PT services . - Adrian Zuniga what a legend ! Went back to working out after almost 8 full years of nothing . Worked with me to get back into a routine slowly got me back to training everyday, stays in touch daily to check in and also explains recovery process and how to get the best of the 45-60 minute training sessions. One stop shop this man is ! Would 100% recommend his services to people ! And also recommend this gym . ~ Nikhil K
